Is there a way to transfer my photos from my computer to an SD card?
I purchased a digital photo frame which requires an SD card. That would be no problem if my photos were stored on the SD card but they are stored on my computer. I don’t have any way to insert the SD card into my computer to copy picture files onto it. Is there a way to transfer the pictures from my computer back to the SD card using the camera? I’m using a Kodak easyshare camera and a mac laptop. Thanks!
There are several ways to transfer images to a photo frame.
The easiest method is to use an SD (or multi) card reader. Just insert your memory card into it (which is plugged into your computer’s USB port). It will show up as a removable drive. Images can then easily be transferred by copy & pasting.
Or, you can use a USB flash drive in exactly the same way as a card reader. It then plugs into the photo frame’s USB port once your images have been transferred to it.
Many photo frames also allow direct connection to a computer via USB cable.
Most photo frames also include a built in speaker, so you can include music tracks to play with a slideshow of your images. Movies recorded on your digital camera are also able to be viewed on a photo frame.
Anyway, check the instructions that came with the photo frame. Surely, they would help you in some way to learn what you can do with your frame?
