Easy to use Photo Editing software?
PLEASE DO NOT SAY GIMP! I have already tried and do not like it. I want something very simple to use. this is for a coworker who is not so great with computers. All she wants to do is basic editing and resizing. Doesnt matter if it is a paid or free program, as long as it is simple./
paint.net or picassa if you dont like gimp. if you feel like shelling out some money photoshop is an amazing program.
