Will i be able to create real angel wings with a cheap photo shop software?
I’ve seen some really cool pictures where people design their own angel wings and put it into a picture. Is it possible to still do that with the cheapest photo shop software product? help much appreciated
They are probably superimposing a couple of images. MsPaint probably won’t work well, but most programs probably would. Try the GIMP:
