looking for some info on image copyright laws for button making.?
i have recently purchased a button pressing machine. pretty excited about it. i am not really intending on using it to become a millionaire, but i would like to sell buttons on a small scale. i am wondering about the copyright laws regarding reproduction of photos for buttons. stuff like musicians or actors, etc, as well as my own personal artwork. thanks!
There is no problem for your personal artwork, as you own the copyright to it. To use work produced by others (including work produced by others which you have altered) you will need permission of the copyright holder.
